The Agency believes in the dignity and self with of
individual as well as the right to receive health care which will assist them
in achieving and maintaining level of functioning which will enhance the
quality of life.
We believe the home provides a familiar environment necessary for recovery.In some cases, re-admission to the hospital can be prevented or delayed when home health care is provided.
Extended family support, friends and professional home health staff help the patient moves back towards the state of self care and independence.
Extended Health Care, Inc., provides continuity,consistency and personalized teaching for the patient and the family.
